An independent Omani group, founded in Muscat in 1999, that saw communication as a strategic pillar rather than a publishing tool, growing from a technical presence into a value-driven platform, and today a five-entity integrated group.
Our Story
Atheer's journey began in 1999, before today's digital platforms had taken shape. From the outset, we recognised communication and content as strategic pillars, central to building institutions, shaping influence and earning public trust.
In 2013 came the defining shift, from a technical presence to a value-driven platform: one that writes from within rather than from above, reads context before chasing events, and analyses before it repeats. That shift cemented our editorial and institutional identity alike.
Today, Atheer Group operates through five specialised entities aligned under a single direction and an integrated operating framework, delivering work that moves beyond headlines to context, and beyond content to lasting impact, from Muscat across the Sultanate of Oman.

Our road was a patient accumulation of understanding and practice. We began in 1999 believing content is a responsibility before it is an industry. When the landscape shifted in 2013, we chose to write from within, to put analysis before repetition and context before headlines. That is how our presence grew: every step preceded by reading, every decision grounded in insight.

A media professional with more than 25 years of experience and winner of the Gulf Radio Gold Award. He leads the Group's strategic direction, with a focus on strategic communication and public dialogue.

Leads strategy, operations and institutional partnerships across the Group, overseeing integrated communication and digital solutions to ensure consistent performance across the entities.
Vice President, Content Strategy & Development
More than 15 years of experience in editorial strategy and institutional messaging. She oversees content quality and narrative consistency across the Group's platforms.
